Bay Scholars was created to reverse that process. We want students to explore what genuinely interests them, where their strengths could develop into real expertise, and what kind of work they could see themselves pursuing long term. From there, we help them build an education path designed to strengthen their skills, employability and future opportunities across borders.

Why I Started Bay Scholars
I started Bay Scholars because I believe studying abroad should be the result of a well-thought-out career decision—not the starting point.
Too many students begin by asking which country they can go to, then choose a subject and university around that destination. But where you study matters far less if the field you choose does not suit your interests, strengths or the kind of work you want to build your life around.
I want students to think differently. First understand what genuinely interests you, where you have the potential to become highly capable, and what kind of career you would be proud to build. Then choose the subject, university and country that can help you develop that ability.
My aim is not simply to help students reach another country. It is to help them build the knowledge, skills and professional value that can create opportunities wherever their career takes them.
